Program Description
The aim of this course is to equip participants with skills to assess the efficiency, relevance, effectiveness, sustainability and impact of a project, program or policy in bringing about a desired change in the well-being of the target population, and to measure improvements in predefined indicators in the sector concerned that can be attributed to the project intervention. An evaluation is usually undertaken during a defined period, including prior to implementation (baseline), mid-term, end line and or impact.
